About the event
Created by local musician seanloui, Black Renaissance will occur each Saturday evening in May at Hotel McCoy, from 8:00pm to 10:00pm dedicated to the exploration of Arts in the Black Community. This spotlighting of black creativity is designed for the community at large to help in the learning of Black Artists and their steady influence on mainstream culture.
Each week will center around a different artistic theme and feature special guests that support the Arizona Black Community.
The schedule is as follows:

Saturday, May 11th: SPOKEN WORD
Saturday, May 18th: MUSEUM
Saturday, May 25th: LIVE MUSIC
The entire community is invited to enjoy enlightenment, education, and entertainment at this free event series.
