COACH BETH MORRISON

Beth has had a long career of providing leadership in the nonprofit sector, the majority of which focused on violence against women and children. Serving as a CEO of both large and small agencies, she knows the ups and downs that leaders face including budget shortfalls, capital campaigns, relationship building, legislative victories, and staffing dilemmas. Throughout her 25+ year career, Beth has served as a coach and mentor to many, both informal and formal.

Her coaching philosophy is that people already have the answers necessary to tackle their obstacles and to succeed. For many, those answers are buried under layers of self-doubt and fear. In coaching, Beth assists with inquiry and creativity in peeling back those layers allowing individuals to make choices in what comes next. Providing a safe non-judgmental space for self-discovery, sharing of feelings, and ideas is something that Beth excels in. Beth believes that we, especially women, should be living life on the other side of should.

Beth is currently working on completing her Executive and Personal Coach Certification and a Positive Psychology and Well-being Certification from the College of Executive Coaching. She has completed the Playing Big Facilitator Training with Tara Mohr. Beth holds a BAA degree from Central Michigan University and an MS from the University of Arizona. Beth offers individual coaching session to those looking to move beyond their fear and put their dreams in action. Coaching is in held in person (Arizona clients) or over the phone.
